Comes with three pieces (Sushi maker, plunger rod, and end clip)
Gather Sushi Bazooka, sushi rice, nori sheets, and your favorite fillings.
Cut up veggies and prepare your ingredients.
Make sure the sushi rice is cooked.
Lay ingredients out, so they are ready to place in the bazooka easily.
Open the sushi maker and lightly oil the inside.
Add half a cup of sushi rice into each side of the sushi maker.
Slightly wetting your fingers will prevent the rice from sticking to your hands.
Lay the plunger rod down on one side of the rice and press it down. The pressure from the plunger rod shapes the rice and provides a grooved indent for the ingredients to fit.
Do the same on both sides of the rice.
Place your ingredients into the indented groove on each side of the rice.
Ensure the plunger rod is in place (at the end of the sushi maker).
Close the bazooka and clip it shut.
Put the end cap on and lock it into place.
Twist the plunger rod until it's ready to use.
Remove the end cap.
Place the nori sheet is in front of you (glossy side down).
Gently push the rice and ingredients through the maker and onto the nori sheet.
Roll the nori around the roll and dampen the ends of the nori sheet slightly to stick.
Can I put the nori on the inside of the roll?
Yes, you can. Simply place the nori inside the rice with other ingredients. It may help to prepare the nori by cutting it into strips.
Is the Sushi Maker dishwasher safe?
No, it's best to gently hand wash each piece.
