    Team building is everything. If you want to be a professional soccer player, you don't hire a gymnast. Same goes for company building.

    Whether you are building your own brand, a new project, company, or venture, you want to surround yourself with the best, most experienced people in your niche. Now, how you get them onboard with you is a whole 'nother art form, but the point is, we are all experts at some things, and amateurs at other things. For companies to work properly and be successful long term, you need to work with experts in each area of your business, covering everything that matters.

    The result? Everything you do will be cutting edge and employ best practices. To do this, seek out, follow, and build relationships with potential mentors, guides, advisors, partners, and new team members to join you in your mission. Remember, the smartest person in the room is the one that knows everyone else in the room is smarter than them. Stay humble and surround yourself with and listen to experts with real world experience.
