Get my growth focused ideas in your life every week:
In my experience, there's always lots of talk out there. Big egos, flashy people, grandiose ideas, so on and so forth, blah blah blah, but at the end of the day, none of that matters. What matters most is that you get it done.
Whatever it is you want to do, you don't do it for others, you do it for yourself. You close the deal. You put the ball over the fence. You put the football in the end zone. Then once the work is done, then comes the glory, if you so seek it.
Otherwise, everything else is just talk.
If you aren't already, get clear on what you want (today, this week, this year etc.), and then make it happen. This is what the winners do; the Tom Bradys, the Roger Federers, and the Elon Musks of the world. They say, this is what I'm going to do, and then they just go do it. They don't ask permission, they just step up and get it done, whatever it takes.
My advice today: get clear on your vision and start EXECUTING on it like a champion. Clarity of intention and execution of vision is everything on the road to long term prosperity and success.
Meanwhile, this said, in the spirit of the Superbowl, a new month, and this post, I'm sharing my favorite Al Pacino pep talk scene with you here today (below), sure to get you fired up and achieving your goals, starting right here, right now.

Improving our mental health can have profound and lasting impacts on our lives, the lives of those around us, and our communities. In Canada, it is estimated that 20% of Canadians experience problems with their mental health in any given year, and half of the population has faced some level of mental health issues by the time they turn 40. In this post I share tips and strategies that I've used over the years to improve my own mental health, which I feel may help you on your journey as well.
